Self-Managed Paid Time Off (PTO)<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n

Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n

All full-time team members are eligible for up to 100% of their health, dental, and vision premiums paid in full, as well as up to 80% of their premiums for family coverage. Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield is a nationally recognized carrier providing health and dental coverage; United Healthcare provides vision coverage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Flexible Work Hours<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n

We all have those days\u2014whether it\u2019s a rough start, an extended lunch, or an early-afternoon game or gathering, we all need a flexible schedule at times. Just give a heads-up to your team members, update your Slack status, and do what you need to do. Many of our team members work early mornings, evenings, or weekends so their schedule meets the evolving needs of their lives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Flexible Location & Workspace Stipends<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n

As an AOEU team member, you have the opportunity to work remotely\u2014from home, a coffee shop, or wherever you may find a solid internet connection. New team members are also eligible for a one-time $600 stipend to optimize their workspace at home and a monthly stipend towards cell phone, internet, or a coworking space.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Technology<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n

Each full-time team member is provided with a MacBook Pro\u00ae, a monitor, a keyboard and mouse, and a docking station. You will have everything you need to hit the ground running!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Once you\u2019re ready to dive into work, you\u2019ll be introduced to a software suite that will fully support you in your role.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Course and Product Access<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n

All team members are eligible to participate in graduate courses\u2014up to 9 credits per year. Each team member also gets access to FLEX Curriculum and PRO Learning, which they can use themselves or give to an art teacher in their life.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Planning for your future is a continuous process. Unlike many businesses that require you to work for an entire year before becoming eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan, you\u2019re eligible to participate in AOEU\u2019s plan at the time of hire. Our plan matches up to 4% of your contribution!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

All team members who go above and beyond are eligible for a little surprise to let them know, \u201cHey\u2014we see you, and you\u2019re rocking it!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The Annual Awards Ceremony<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n

Once a year, the entire AOEU team comes together for an awards ceremony. Peers nominate those within the institution who best represent each of AOEU\u2019s nine pillars, plus one outstanding individual who is named \u201cTeam Member of the Year.\u201d (Custom emojis may be created to honor team members, too.)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Parental Leave<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n
\n

In support of our Whole Person pillar, full-time team members are eligible for eight weeks of paid parental leave. After eight weeks, an additional unpaid four weeks off is available for a total of 12 weeks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
