An effective art curriculum should be well-planned yet fluid to adapt to the specific needs of students. In this course, participants will utilize various methodologies and methods, along with the principles of action research to consider their current curriculum and discover how to transform it to meet the needs of all students. Participants will research trends in art education, analyze curriculum examples, and plan a new curriculum through a culturally responsive and inclusive lens. Upon completion of this course, participants will create a uniquely scaffolded curriculum, including a curriculum map supported by standard-aligned units of instruction and lesson plans, ready to implement with their students.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
