When we look at art, parts of our brains light up! These parts handle emotion, senses, and pleasure and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.farnsworthmuseum.org\/about\/fam-blog\/why-do-people-enjoy-art-unveiling-how-creativity-beauty-brush-away-stress-elevate-mental-wellness\/#:~:text=Dopamine%20Art&amp;text=Studies%20show%20that%20just%20by,t%20produce%20similar%20brain%20activity.\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">release dopamine<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, which makes us feel good and reduces stress.
